Labor shortages have hit the service industry especially hard in the last year. What is worse, national forecasts indicate the labor supply will not improve soon. This session will focus on creative ways for districts to increase productivity with the labor pool they already have available. Employee retention, bonuses, use of convenience items, and ways to share employees with other departments will be discussed.
