Learn, through adult learning techniques, how to build inclusivity, engage your employees and cultivate team culture.
Participants will experience how to create an environment that fosters employee wellness by listening to and celebrating
their staff in ways that staff will appreciate and that will motivate them to give their best. Get connected to ideas,
promising practices and those in the room to support your efforts. Participants will also hear from other districts who are
making this happen in Texas and from across the nation.
