Performance management is the tracking, reviewing and reporting of project progress coupled with effective communication to all stakeholders in order to enable project managers to effectively monitor and control their projects. This presentation will focus on Cheniere Energy's solution for performance management of capital projects Project Fit. Project Fit is a software program designed to embrace Lean project management techniques to help Cheniere define and execute efficient and repeatable processes to run their entire portfolio of projects. This program uses both a mobile and web based platform in order to gather, organize and communicate project data. Project Fit's web portal is designed to track all phases of a project from the initial scoping to bid review, project planning and scheduling, engineering design, construction and commissioning. Project Fit Mobile utilizes a custom iOS application in order to track performance on the ground as construction progresses and reports these results in real time to management via the Project Fit portal.
