Maximizing Results in Esthetics Medicine With Individualized Skin Care (Room 34)

Tracks: Medical Spa

There is a clear awareness in the esthetics industry that not one single technique or technology is "better" than another. Rather, we are now privileged to have a large repository of treatments available to our clients, and understanding how they differ from each other is mission critical for client satisfaction. Maximization of outcomes with any treatment; however, cannot occur unless collagen induction and skin quality are optimized.

The presentation will initially outline the defining characteristics of each type of dermal filler, neuromodulators, fractionated laser therapy, full field ablative laser therapy, nonablative laser therapy, Ultherapy and esthetic plastic surgical techniques relevant to the face. Once this subject is outlined, review individual skin care mechanisms of action, and define how our practice individualizes skin care to each type of esthetic intervention to maximize outcomes.
