The distinctive square pizza from the Motor City continues to gain popularity on menus all over the country. Pizza troubadour Scott Wiener, of Scott’s Pizza Tours, will talk about the style with Shawn Randazzo, founder of Detroit Style Pizza Co.; Larry Simone, operations manager at Buddy’s Pizza, which first popularized Detroit-style; and Jeff Smokevitch, a Detroit native who owns Blue Pan Pizza in Denver.
