This fun boot camp has everything you need to start your day off right! For 45-minutes, you will participate in a circuit-style workout that includes cardio fitness, muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body-weight movements, and a dance break to show off your rhythm! The boot camp will conclude with a cool-down that features yoga-style stretching.

Fitness Level: All levels are accepted.
