In this highly interactive and engaging session, we’ll review case studies of companies that have used rewards and recognition – some effective and some ineffective. Working in small groups, we’ll predict the outcome of each case study, provide alternative solutions to those chosen by the company and present them for discussion. Participants will learn from each other – and will be encouraged to share their own experiences with using rewards and recognition for safety-related milestones.
