AFV consumers know that technicians, fleet managers, and operators need to be trained on the technology of the vehicles, but there are so many additional audiences that must be trained. The NAFTC will provide information in this session about the training needs for first responders (firefighters, law enforcement, and EMS personnel), second responders (automotive recycling and towing and roadside assistance personnel), and collision repair technicians, that also may be involved in the total AFV life cycle.
