This “nuts and bolts” session will answer those and other questions — leading you to the “Top Dollar” you deserve. Find out how to predict what the buyer is willing to pay — and what the competition is likely to bid. Learn how to calculate your minimum acceptable markup for any project and, most importantly, discover how to make adjustments from bid performance to land more dollars per job. The focus in this session is on raising prices: learning how to maximize the prices you get by collecting and analyzing the right data, and knowing what price the buyer is willing to pay.
