2018 “Best Practices” for Contract Sweepers

This unique workshop, based on the “roundtable” concept, has been the talk of the sweeping sessions at NPE since 2006. You will begin by selecting one of the topics below. Topics will be divided among small “roundtable” groups that will discuss, analyze, exchange successful efforts, and determine one or more “action steps” any sweeping contractor can take. At set intervals, you will change tables to enable you to participate in four topics for the session. Each group will be directed by a facilitator, who is either an experienced sweeping contractor or a specialist in the topic. Once all groups have had an opportunity to analyze and evaluate various ideas and courses of action for their topic, a representative from each topic will report its results and suggestions to the whole group. Attendees will participate in four roundtable discussions – yet hear the recap from all seven. Where else can you learn how to handle seven different issues facing the sweeping contractor but in this unique NAPSA/NPE workshop! This year’s new topics will be:
