If any individual team works only in its own “silo” they block the coordination of all teams and the company can’t achieve the job quality, customer satisfaction – and profit -- every contractor pursues. In this new “team-integration” session a high-energy NPE presenter will help each of your teams reach their production potential, and you’ll learn the best ways for teams throughout the company to work with each other. You’ll be introduced to the Team Wisdom Inventory, and you’ll learn how Team Wisdom Inventory concepts apply to individual teams – plus how the concepts support teams working together to avoid the “silo syndrome.” Effective communication is crucial between all teams and you’ll take home tips that will help you create an environment that enables teams to work together with wisdom and understanding.
