Maximizing value realization from Smart Data for more profitable commercial operations (Room Mission Bay)

The use of Smart Data in the wind industry has so far mainly been to optimize asset and business performance, either by lowering the Lost Production Factor (LPF) or driving down operational costs. Going forward, we need to have a consistent approach as to how smart data capabilities are utilized across the value chain to make sure we fully utilize the power of Smart Data. This abstract focus on how to leverage the most value of Smart Data across the value chain. 
Vestas has been working with Smart Data for more than a decade. We have been systematic in analyzing the data to get insights and applying it to our own internal processes and value chain. This has given us unique knowledge in extracting value out of Smart Data and to apply it in the business processes to have a real business impact.
