When companies are acquired or merged, the Integration of their respective Safety Programs is one of many challenges facing both organizations. However, to guard their most valued asset, their employees, the timely integration of their Safety Management Systems and, ultimately their cultures, is critical to ensuring the ongoing health and safety of all employees.
