This session will provide an overview of the revised GAO Green Book (released September 2014) and its relationship to the updated May 2013 COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework. The session will include discussion on the Green Book’s applicability to governmental organizations (both financial and program managers) and to auditors of those organizations and illustrate the application of Green Book and COSO Integrated Framework concepts through a review and discussion of a case study.
