This session covers FDA's journey of streamlining the overall end-to-end budget process by improving processes and implementing an end-to-end budget solution that automates and integrates all aspects of the budget process from acquisition planning, budget formulation and execution to payroll, and creation of various budget justifications (e.g. CJ and OMBJ).
