By combining new digital technologies with retailing best practices from outside and within Automotive, dealers can realize sales increases and operating cost reductions while improving customer satisfaction. We will review the traditional retailing approach – it’s positives and negatives - and then introduce a new retail approach that will intersect customers earlier in their shopping journey. We will review best-of-class retailing practices used by companies such as Apple, Nordstrom and others to show how dealers can improve revenue while reducing facilities, labor and inventory cost.
