There are two sides to every story. In this story, there is the car buyer’s story and there is the dealer’s story. From online shopping and negotiating to in-store digital showrooming and connected DMS, CRM, desking tools and F&I platforms, this workshop will paint a picture of the future of retailing on both the consumer and dealer operations sides of the equation and how that translates to buying and selling cars online.
