Employee retention is a concern of most leaders, but for car dealers specifically, it is a constant challenge. Turnover has a direct impact on both revenue and morale while overall turnover rate for dealerships is 35%. In this session, Darren will share his and other dealers' experiences building loyal teams that in turn produce loyal customers. He will cover hiring practices, compensation practices, gamification, and all of the different progression points that lock down a solid team that is very loyal and that creates a lot of value for your dealership.
