For years, software vendors have focused on the fee for service (FFS) challenges of producing a defensible clinical note, creating a claim and posting a payment. Emerging non-FFS relationships depend on a wide array of performance, quality and patient service activities that go beyond the clinical visit and may leave your practice without the revenue you deserve if you stay with FFS strategies and tools. This session addresses the specific challenges of earning revenue under non-FFS arrangements as well as issues associated with tracking non-FFS performance.
