Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) Project Office will lay out the foundation for the AESD federation. The main goal for this session is to improve customer understanding of AESD federation and AESD-Pacific and AESD-Korea stand-up. Specifically, the team will discuss the federation concept and the implementation of the AESD-Pacific and AESD-Korea. AESD will communicate current status of the build outs, provide communication strategies, address user questions and provide guidance on future initiatives. In addition, PO AESD will discuss the role that the Service Desk has in DoDIN Operations using the Service Desk as a sensor to enhance Computer Network Defense.
