Sleep—a time to rest and repair. More and more clients are reporting disturbed and poor-quality sleep. Many factors affect our sleep, and in turn, this lack of sleep creates a vicious circle of poor physical and emotional health. This rapidly growing concern is prompting spas to offer "sleep treatments" and retail solutions. This class will look at the importance of sleep, the negative impact of lack of sleep—such as anxiety and depression—offering natural solutions and suggested spa treatments.
