Explore the world of chemical peels to gain a better understanding of the importance of PHa and PKa and the role they play in the efficacy of Alpha and Beta Hydroxy acids. Plus, review techniques for enhancing the benefits of acids in a professional setting, such as the utilization of cryotherapy, dermaplaning as well as layered peel techniques. A review of skin typing to best determine appropriate peels and acid based home care for your patients and clients will also be covered. This is an open format setting and participants are encouraged to ask clinical questions that will help them when they return back to their skin practice.
