Scientific data shows cosmetic treatments and procedures are not just about vanity, but can positively impact our health and lives. Appearance can positively impact not only how we feel about ourselves, but also how we are perceived by others. Looking our best potentially affects relationships, career, promotions and even earnings. The biology behind what we perceive as attractive and the first impressions we make is discussed. The fundamental aspects of beauty and what we can do to “Age Beautifully” are defined.
