All electrical contractors have had to deal with the disruption of owner or general contractor supplied materials. To help contractors get a handle on the implications of this, ELECTRI International commissioned research on this subject in early 2017. This course will discuss the costs and benefits of anyone other than electrical contractors buying material and how to develop internal processes for dealing with outside materials.
