This session will break down the key elements that electrical contractor project managers have to preplan, both on a job and task level, to develop proactive and effective project managers. Topics include communicating the schedule, roles and responsibilities in job kickoff meetings, planning for crew size and structure, planning for project controls, tool and material management, and safety planning.
