This session for propane distributors and their technicians reviews the importance of establishing and following NFPA 54-compliant work procedures to prevent accidents, as well as to support defenses to damages claims that result from propane-fueled explosions and fires. Damages claims from propane-fueled explosions and fires can be substantial in value and defending propane distributors against those claims requires accurate and detailed eveidence of service, delieveries, and testing performed by distributors' technicians. Interruption of service, leak testing, and odorant vertification are specifically addressed.
