In this workshop, ticket sellers, marketers and other can come and spend 90 minutes learning new ways to grow and generate revenue. Topics to be covered include how to increase revenue before the show using new tools or assets that you already have access to and how to maximize the overall experience while customers are at your venue to ensure that they feel welcome, spend money and want to come back for more. The panel will also reveal how to use proper follow up to continue growing the relationship after the performance and turn one-time buyers into repeat customers.
