Daily, airlines and hotels practice dynamic pricing. Major sporting venues and teams, plus entertainment arenas, have also adopted this business practice. In the arts, museums, science centers and minor league sports, not so much. Reluctance is often due to perceived public perception, the complexity of patron and donor relations, as well as a non-profit view of ROI. How can you use dynamic pricing and not alienate patrons?
