Recent legislation – including the Canadian Anti-Spam legislation (CASL), the Ontario Tickets Sales Act (OTSA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) – has changed the way Canadians do business. At the same time, ticketing is moving to a mobile world, which comes with its own unique challenges.
