Partnerships are intended to improve efficiencies, lower costs, accelerate innovation, and offer best value to the warfighter. In this panel, Army officials will discuss the value of partnerships between program offices, the organic industrial base and individual vendors. An update on past successes, as well as current Public Private Partnerships and the impact they have on industry, will also be provided.
