2017 INSS: Intelligence & National Security Summit

Promoting Effective Domestic Security (Room Room 201)

National and domestic intelligence have become closely intertwined given the nature of physical and virtual transnational threats and the vast array of federal, state, and local entities contributing to the security of the homeland. The threat environment is rapidly evolving and testing our ability to build capacity, share information with partners in real time, and maintain a proactive approach to addressing threats. This session will discuss homeland‐related priorities, how those priorities translate into key intelligence prerogatives, and ways in which we can further enhance the homeland intelligence enterprise.
