Patients have a choice where to receive their healthcare. To keep a practice healthy and growing, you need to create loyalty with your patients. Creating loyalty with a patient takes focusing on the experience the patient is receiving, making operations more patient-centered. As a leader in a clinical practice, your focus should be balanced between providing great experiences for patients, providers and staff. Successfully balancing these three areas will result in practice stability and growth, increased efficiencies, and elimination of on-going operations experience, such as staff turnover.
