All too often, practices outgrow their current facility too soon, or after in it they realize where they should have done things differently. This course will go through the proper steps of the space-planning process to best plan a new facility that will last for many years and be efficient and productive. We will cover how to assess your current practice space and operations and practice goals to determine the proper type and amount of space for the practice. Guidelines to follow when evaluating land, buildings or suite space will be covered to give the attendee the ability to best guide their practice in their new location search. Finally, we will review plans to illustrate how the proper predesign assessment and planning guides the planning decisions.
