Do you have an employee who just ranted about you on Facebook? What about your receptionist who suddenly shows up with multiple facial piercings? This session will address many of the challenging issues that can arise from difficult or "unique" employees. It will incorporate a light-hearted focus on the things that affect your ability to manage employees whose conduct is making you lose sleep. We will examine topics ranging from dress codes and appearance issues to off-duty conduct, and explore ways in which employers can effectively address these situations while staying within the confines of the law.
