This is an extremely fun and dynamic interactive session where attendees visit stations including: internal checks and balances; benchmarking; grace period issues; high deductibles; front desk to back office issues; credit card policies; collections policies; reporting to physicians; and others. Attendees will document and discuss what works! Best practices for benchmarking and other A/R metrics to help you track and increase collections will be shared.
