Creating a top-performing audiology department requires three components: 1. Understanding how you compare to the top 20% of peer practices and providers; 2. Understanding the key best practice processes that top performing departments are implementing; and 3. Understanding the order at which to implement the key best practices to create momentum for high performance. This course will provide benchmark data to use for comparing current department and provider results. Additionally, attendees will understand the key best practice process and how to implement them inside of their audiology departments.
