In today’s challenging environment, where people connect through electronic devices rather than face to face contact, agencies may find it difficult to recruit, engage and retain professional and volunteer firefighters. The key is not just marketing but building a brand around your agency. Come learn how to create your story (brand) and develop a call to action which engages people. Throughout the class, attendees will have opportunities to work on exercises to develop principles that make a great brand. During the training, key elements of a successful brand will be discussed, such as how to tell your agency’s story, develop your call to action, and deal with social media success and disasters. Your agency’s history is still being written, so develop your brand and make your story unforgettable.
