The course will cover how LAN devices (switches/routers and Wireless Access Points) can now be securely managed via the cloud. It will also cover how the concepts of SDN and NFV are changing the network environment. Finally, it will explain the significance of how splitting of the “Control” plane from the “Data” plane can provide for “secure” control even in a more “open” Internet environment.
