Commanders at Echelon Corps and Below (ECB) require trained and ready personnel capable of seamlessly planning, integrating, synchronizing, coordinating, and conducting Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) in order to integrate cyberspace, EW, and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) capabilities within planning and execution of combined arms operations while maintaining the capability for requesting and integrating strategic level Cyber Mission Force capabilities. Office Chief of Cyber (OCC) will provide update on latest personnel proponent actions impacting cyber and the electronic warfare. Many steps have been taken to fully integrate EW into cyber and OCC will brief recently completed and ongoing actions to that end.
