Doctrine drives training for the Cyber CoE.  Major changes in Army doctrine are close to realization such as the consolidation and re-organization of cyber, electronic warfare, and signal doctrine into a cohesive Cyberspace Doctrine Publication Program. The Army goal is to assimilate the existing tactics, techniques, and procedures from all three proponent areas into a coherent doctrinal theme throughout all future Army manuals.  Highlighted is FM 3-12, Cyberspace and Electronic Warfare Operations, which provides tactics and procedures for the implementation and integration of cyberspace and electronic warfare operations by commanders and staff in support of unified land operations. The best way to understand where cyber, electronic warfare, and signal are moving towards in future is to start at the doctrinal foundation. Session attendees can expect to hear the Army doctrine changes and way ahead for cyberspace and electronic warfare operations.
