The Government Affairs Committees develop policy positions on federal legislative issues for consideration by BOMA International's Executive Committee and Board of Governors. The committee also set priorities, identifies emerging issues and provides guidance to BOMA International's advocacy staff in working with policymakers to ensure that public policy treats commercial real estate fairly.
