Getting to the heart of retail success, and business in general, is through the relationship with our customers.  There are many ways to relate to customers, however the most effective (for better or worse) is through emotion.  Through understanding our customer needs and motivations, as well as our own, we can create a positive consumer experience that has far reaching effects.
