Grant Morrow, Orgill’s eCommerce Programs Manager explains the differences between Orgill’s eCommerce program offerings, so you can decide which is right for you. The three programs to be discussed are eCatalog, boost and Hardware Connect. eCatalog is a basic non-selling catalog that you can attach to any website and display all the Orgill items. boost built with Volusion is a full featured eCommerce Program selling website which allows you to run and manage your own eCommerce business with all the Orgill items available from your distribution center already loaded onto the store. Through boost, Orgill can also ship merchandise direct to US consumers on your behalf. Hardware Connect is a new Orgill managed eCommerce program. Orgill does the investment and the work of running a world class eCommerce store, and helps drive foot traffic to your physical store. On Hardware Connect, your store is a participating location for shoppers to pickup ship-to-store merchandise, and you receive a commission for any sales where a someone selects your location as their store, whether or not it is ship-to-home or ship-to-store.
