Making Positive Connections with you Customers (Room 301)

This interactive course is provided to support school foodservice operators in better preparing for the changing needs, interests, and demands of today's student customers. Course content will include strategies for replicating and implementing innovative practices of top performing retail establishments. The course will cover techniques for: gathering student input and feedback (to guide improvement efforts), utilizing alternative points of sale, and enhancing cafeteria atmosphere for increasing student meal consumption and participation. A concluding "Q & A" time slot will be available to participants.
