This session will address DISA's Mission Partner Engagement Office (MPEO) mission, structure, and interface with Mission Partners/Customers. The MPEO is focused on improving DISA's outreach and engagement with Mission Partners. The MPEO is the Agency's principal representative for Mission Partner (MP) matters and performs outreach and advocates for any MP issues including resolution by appropriate DISA elements. The MPEO provides the primary conduit for feedback to DISA, matches DISA service catalog capabilities to needs, refines those needs with sufficient detail to allow for solution development, and coordinates the preparation and issuance of proposals between DISA programs and MPs.
