The Cyberspace Operations Capabilities Based Assessment (Cyber CBA) was a comprehensive study that analyses cyberspace operations as an inherent part of unified land operations. The Cyber CBA determined that "Commanders' SA" of the cyber domain is the overall top priority Gap for commanders at all echelons. This tract will identify GAP areas and required capability needed to mitigate this gap. Also discussed will be the Cyber SA CONOPS.
