OCTANE is the Online Critical Thinking and Analysis Environment. OCTANE was developed to provide a single online repository of all available Critical Thinking and Analysis resources across the DoD and Academia. OCTANE also provides an online forum for the exchange of critical thinking and analysis information, techniques and lessons learned. OCTANE also provides access to Daily Analytical Challenges and to Intel Trivia. OCTANE is Unclassified and designed to be completely mobile and platform agnostic. OCTANE is also the home of the Analyst Mentor network and is deisgned with a FaceBook/Linked In feel.
