This presentation will highlight a discussion of issues and capabilities needed while operating securely and effectively, in a global, integrated airspace utilizing Unmanned Ariel Vehicles (UAVs) as the platform. Advantages and disadvantages of UAVs will be addressed as well as the increasing use of domestic operations, capabilities, and needs of UAV’s for security, first responder activities, coupled with examples of how UAV utilization is evolving into requirements to support domestic operations.
