SOF AT&L will present the basic construct of a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) and the process for entering into a CRADA with USSOCOM. An interactive discussion will follow the presentation and include the value of entering into a CRADA and the criteria SOF AT&L uses in determining if a CRADA is the right tool for the Industry-proposed work and what Industry can do to improve the CRADA tool and process.
