Using strategies relevant for 2016, this learning institute will provide instruction on how to build an ethical, productive, and profitable group counseling practice capable of grossing a million dollars per annum. Areas of focus will be many but are certain to include recruiting and managing a clinical team, working with managed care, and advertising and marketing. Participant questions and insights will be solicited throughout this 3-hour course.
